- Analyses the new product market survey, research and checking feasibility

- Analyses to market price fluctuation and adjust with current situation

- To conduct with new important customer and territory wise

- Budget preparation for sales team ( country wide )

- To manage the operation in order to accomplish most efficient and effective sales team

- Sales Management functions for national sales team

- To keeps communication with principle continuously

- Planning, monitoring & controlling budgeted v/s actual expenses

- Collecting & communicating the market information about customers & competitors - Monthly basis

- In time feedback about the market & team for the taking corrective actions - Daily/Weekly basis

- Periodically evaluating the brand performance & suggesting the key actions

- Planning, implementing & suggesting corrective actions related to sales & marketing activities

- Assisting the business head in overall operations & providing timely feedback to facilitate decision making

- Expanding coverage, developing new territories for business development

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- MBBS (or) MBA with Any Graduate

- Effectively communicate in bi-lingual (English & Myanmar)

- At least five years work experiences in relative field

- Good coaching skill & analytical skill

- Good communication skill, negotiation skill & problem solving skill
