• Responsible for NOC overall management.
• Responsible for assigning the work for the work for NOC different teams, Monitoring the sub-team performance, and evaluate the sub-team performance.
• Responsible for effective management of work force to optimize utilization of human resource.
• Responsible for developing skilled workforce, identifying and meeting training needs.
• Responsible for coordination with internal/ external department to improve network performance and meet the defined SLA and/ or KPI.
• Build NOC process and ensuring process are implemented as per agreed document.
• Responsible for all the advanced tools planning and deployment, ensuring all the NOC tools run properly.
• Support to Operation Director and coordinate with other department for network operation.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. 3+ years telecommunication work experience;
2. Higher Education in Radio Communication or Electrical Technique or Telecommunication;
3. Knowledge of communication industry, especially in MS field.
4. Experience in projects for MS of MPT/Ooredoo/Mytel and negotiation with external customers;
5. Knowledge of NOC of Huawei/Nokia
6. Intermediate level of English (communicate + writing ).
