  • Analyze and identify the cause of the issue and provide resolution or workaround solution
  • Follow up on issues between vendors and users
  • Work with users to review, analyze, and evaluate all aspects of company business operations
  • Coordinate with implementation and upgrading of Odoo system.
  • To test new features or improve existing modules in Odoo.
  • Responsible for implementation, and improvement projects with stakeholders to ensure new customization are on schedule and completed on time.
  • Help users with their requirements in Odoo ERP
  • To provide Odoo usage functions training to end user    
  • Ensure compliance with security principles
  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned

  • 2+ years of experience in Odoo support or ERP Support
  • Experience in ERP system implementation project management
