Manage work processes to be maximize efficiency in daily operation
Ensure that building and facility management are well managed in the matters of facility condition, office building maintenance, electricity and so on
Supervise the admin staff for smooth operation in their daily basis
Prepare budget and monitor expenditure & costs for the office

Bachelor’s Degree Holder
At least 5 yrs’ experience in admin, office management or facility management field
Fluent in English language
Proficient in Microsoft Office skill
