Ensure smooth and compliant onboarding of merchants, coordinating across teams and systems to enable timely activation and a positive merchant experience.

  • Perform merchant onboarding process across different team
  • Support settlement, refund, and bank account linking processes to ensure smooth merchant operations
  • Collect the onboarding documents from onboarding team and review the documents to ensure the required information as per procedure
  • Support onboarding Team with KYC Screening Process and Biller Account Opening Process
  • Generate the QR Codes and assist in printout and delivery process
  • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver Merchant Report daily
  • Report and update on status progress to onboarding team and line manager
  • Plan and refine onboarding process as needed

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the merchant operations and settlement process
  • Accurate in data entry, documentation and able to use MS Office tools. 
  • Familiarity with the merchant business, payment industry, and customer service practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset.
