Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, engage and acquire new and potential clients via cold-calling and in-person visits.
Maintain relationship with existing and new clients.
Conduct irresistible pitches and provide solution to solve the problem of the target clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure to have an excellent experience for the clients.
Manage customer complaints and represent customers’ voice internally.
Communicate with team members regularly and achieve the sale targets
Any other tasks assigned by reporting officer.

Having basic banking knowledge preferable
