A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1. Design and review the policy and procedures for the operations department
2. Ensure that Operational reconciliation manual & policies are in place and followed by the team
3. Initiate & review the business requirements for reconciliations automation
4. Perform end to end UAT for ensuring that all requirements are designed & delivered as per the initiated requirements
5. Coordination with partner bank and correspondent banks for any reporting & reconciliation issue.
6. Ensure the reconciliations of all relevant accounts.
7. Provide Operational support to Internal Teams & Corporate Clients
8. Provide support to other departments in ongoing System enhancement change requests
9. Coordination with all internal & external stakeholders for the Reconciliations & Disbursements reporting
10. Ensure to maintain proper record keeping/archival of all daily/monthly reconciliations
11. Understands the Risk & can add controls in the processes for mitigating any fraud

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Qualification Required
• Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Banking, Finance or related area)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Banking/Mobile Money Operations with at least 3 years in leading the reconciliations
Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas

1. In-depth knowledge of spreadsheet and advance excel
2. Hands on experience on reconciliations
3. Hands on experience on processes & Policy design
4. Experience leading cross-functional teams against identified objectives.
5. Confidence and ability to propose and defend opinions and perspectives in order to influence strategic product management decisions.
6. Good verbal & communication Skills
7. Critical thinking for analyzing the business requirements
8. Able to understand and prioritize things
9. Must be flexible & a team player
10. A willingness to learn.
