The role holder is responsible for assisting in designing and implementation of the operational and technology risk management framework and strategy for KBZ aligned to the bank’s overall risk policy framework with the aim to identify, quantify and effectively manage the operational and technology risk profile of the Functions and departments. The role holder is also responsible for guiding and advising the departments in managing their risk appetite as well as leading scenario analysis and advising them with the aim to protect the bank by reducing operational risks.

 Evaluate new products’ features and ensure the SOP complies with the internal policies and framework.
 Work with Business unit/Functions to understand business, drivers, future plans.
 Assist in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the operational activities.
 Monitor and track operating risk issues for business units.
 Collect and analyze fraud/error incidents and loss data.
 Investigate root causes of fraud/error incidents and provide support to mitigate risk.
 Monitor and track Key Operational Risk Indicators.
 Prepare and maintain documentation of risk event.
 Design and produce monthly operational risk report.
 Prepare ad-hoc reports on operational risk issues/incidents.
 Support the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications.

 Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and finance fields
 Minimum 2 years working experience in related fields
