-Manage Tele Health Problem and EH daily operations using critical thinking and problem-solving to optimize for a great patient experience

-Coach, mentor, and manage patient care specialist and patient engagement coordinators/ tele team

-Build and modify operational process to balance provider, patient, and business priorities

-identify, escalate, and resolve operational and customer services issues

-Partner with clinical, operational, sales and tele operation team to meet key company KPIs.

-Use clear written and verbal communication skills to build and manage internal and external relationships

-Leverage telehealth metrics and a data-driven approach to assess team performance.

-Monitor digital health tools & our electronic health record platform to proactively identify user experience problems and find solutions

-Be a team player to help our EH operations and telehealth program grow quickly

-Jump in to support other customer, program, & patient support needs

-Successful team management experiences with5+years demonstrating strong performance outcomes

-Experiences working in healthcare operations, preferably with a focus on telehealth or digital healthcare solutions

-Experiences working with cross functional teas, including clinical leadership

- Experiences working at a high growth stage startup (preferred)

-Previous experiences utilizing technology to deliver and improve solutions (preferred: Using Mac OS and Google drive at the enterprise level, experience using EMR, customer support, and clinical systems)

-Preferably Repatriates with MBA or Master of Health Management
