- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Test and verify the features of the system (product), and enhance SOP, FAQ and user manuals
- Make sure that customers needs are being met and that every day runs smoothly from a customer service perspective 
- Investigate the fraud and dispute cases and communicate to external/ internal stakeholders about the case details with suggestion and best practices

- Investigate, escalate, follow up the technical difficulities and issues which internal and external stakeholders encounter with cross-functional departments and make sure all cases are solved and closed properly
- Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
- Prepare training presentations and provide training to customers about products
- Manage customers support process from various channels

- Track the tasks prperly and provide the reports whicn can reflect the status of the workload and tasks

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
- Over 3 years’ proven experience in an operations management position, prefer candidates who are from financial services, payment service providers or related industries
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Advance in English Language skills
- Able to travel (Local and Oversea)
- Myanmar Nationality
