Key Responsibilities:

 Operational Management

• Oversee daily operations of the Maxride app (ride bookings, cancellations, payments, issue resolutions).

• Monitor KPIs (rides completed, active drivers, customer satisfaction, response times).

• Ensure smooth coordination between drivers, riders, and support teams.

 Driver & Partner Management

• Recruit, onboard, and manage drivers/partners.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing, and safety standards.

• Implement incentive schemes to motivate and retain drivers.

 Customer Experience & Support

• Supervise customer support team for timely issue resolution.

• Improve customer satisfaction by analyzing feedback and resolving complaints.

• Implement quality assurance for service delivery.

Process & Performance Improvement

• Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for operations.

• Optimize ride allocation, pricing models, and driver utilization.

• Work with IT team to identify app improvements and resolve operational bugs.

Business & Revenue Growth

• Support marketing and promotional campaigns to increase user base.

• Track performance against targets and propose new strategies.

• Analyze operational costs and ensure efficiency.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with local transport laws, licensing, and government regulations.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or related field or Any Granduated 

• 5–7 years in operations management, preferably in ride-hailing or mobile app-based business.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale driver/partner or customer networks.

• Familiarity with mobile app operations and digital platforms.
