To prepare Optical Fiber Transmission training plan and FTTH Training Plan as per requirement of line departments
To deliver the Outside Plant Trainings (Fiber & FTTH) in both Physical Class & Online class (Virtual & Self-paced) based on the training plan
To develop the related training materials in line with Line Departments requirements
To prepare and maintain the training lab facilities as per training requirements
To manage training evaluation, training program result & training feedback to management after training completion
To responsible for transmission lab equipment ordering and technical validation and evaluation of quotations
To involve actively in Conducting End-to-End Network Structure, Network Installation, Network Operation & Maintenance, Demonstration system configuration and administration skills for equipment that related to the training, Involving Network Troubleshooting and Analysis the root cause of Service Failure and Applying the usage of Fiber Testing Equipment (Splicing Machine, OTDR, VFL & Power Meter, etc.) & Using the Safety Guidelines concerns of the Fiber Optic Cable
Understand working rules and flow for fiber network
Capability in Fiber network design, planning, implementation and monitoring
Understanding in business/financial concept Stress tolerance
Capability to handle multiple work assignments under high pressure
Willing to learn new technology trends

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

B.E (EC), Master Degree is more preferred
3+ years of Fiber network technical experience in telecommunication sector
Prefer FTTH Certified Trainer
Nice to have Certified Fiber to the Home Professional (CFHP) Certificate
Have over 3 years experience in Installation and Maintenance of end-to-end access network
In dept knowledge of Fiber Transmission and FTTH
Technical Knowledge Certification or Vendor Certification
Excellent Communication Skill in English
Excellent Project Management Skill and Negotiation Skill
Good Presentation Skill and Teaching Skill
General Technical Knowledge in IP Networking, transmission technology and technical problem solving
Knowledge of industry best practice for Fiber Networks
Work effectively in multi-cultural environment
