A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Managing and implementing Part & Service Sales Plan and strategies.
  • Analyzing annual Part & Service Sales figures and market information, and forecasting future sales.
  • Analyze Part & Service market and SWOT analysis in timely manner, and PDCA for details Action Plan to increase sales figure.
  • Managing and motivating PSSR team for proaction, to increase sales and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze figure of monthly sales volume, and PDCA sales target with each sales team of branches.
  • Report Monthly Part & Service lost sales report, indicating actual reasons such as price, availability, payment term etc….
  • Maintain good relation with all customers, and proactive to offer excellent Part & Service sales program for excellent benefit for customer, and company as well.
  • Manage and plan customer's job-site visits, and report Customer Visits Report to PDCA business plan.
  • Providing and organizing development to other team members and subordinates
  • Monitor daily sales performance, and PDAC quick action
  • Cooperate Service Operation Department Manager (SODM), Service Support & Development Manager (SSDM), Warehouse Manager(WM) and Procurement & Logistic Manager (PLM) to achieve Part & Service Sales performance, under supervision of Product Support Senior Manager (PSSM)
  • Report and assist PSSM whatever necessary.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Must be graduated with B.E, B.Tech, A.G.T.I (Any)
  • Minimum 6-year experience in Construction Machinery Sales & Marketing Management
  • Must have experience in planning and implementing part sales strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales strategic planning and after sales service planning.
  • Excellent product, parts and services knowledge of construction machinery.
  • Must have driving license and can travel anywhere in Myanmar.
