  • To succeed in planning and monitoring departments in planning. (Management Plan, Marketing & Sales Plan, Operation & Development Plan, Business Development Plan, PR Plan, etc.)
  • Effective use of Management Systems, Co-od, and Upgrade to drive departments and coordinate activities.
  • To use Database as most effective and to perform Planning-related Research &Development.
  1. Checking data from Sale & Marketing and PR and setting up guidelines to operate research & development activities properly.
  2. Arranging Review, Strategy to make Competitive Edge according to the Client &competitor Data Base line and setting up Target Cost, Target Tech. [Report to DCEO]
  3. Organize Integrated &Synchronized Categories and make Effective Plans and Support.
  4. Effectively in-time organize Government Polity, Trend, Plan, Strategy and make Strategic Plans and    Approach for the company.
  • To succeed Business Unit's Workforce/HR Targets and to be Job Fit. (In connection with HODs, HR departments) (+5 Pillar Management to succeed.)
  • To succeed in business Unit's Culture, Core Value and to enter the Budget.
  • Able to travel and stay in both main Office and branch office

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • At Least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 3+ years’ experience in from Power and Energy Sector.( 1+ year proven experience as a Manager level and above.)
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, tender questions and commercial knowledge.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Excellent English skills (4 Skills) & computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
