• Assist in pre-sales support for Sales BDM, Managers, Directors• Able to easily communicate with Client HRs, Managers, Owners• Support Corporate BDMs and BD Directors with and active "prospect" pipeline• Support and assist to qualify customers’ needs and requirements• Be able to develop strong customer relationships• Be able to deliver great customer service• Able to identify issues and provide solutions• Know how to overcome Sales objections• Comfortable to take sales rejection• Participates in various Marketing / promotions• Understand competitors and how to overcome them• Assist in continual product / service improvement• Can deliver outstanding presentations• Updated and prepare all the sales training documention• Provide Sales and product training for all existing or new Sales staff• Support and work closely with Enterprise Sales Team, Business Development Directors, MD, CEO• Monthly (or adhoc) Sales and Product Training update for all BD staffs• Sales role playing. provide CRM training, Objection handling• Provide Weekly progress report of trainings, staff progress, competitive intelligence

Minimum 3 year of sales or training experience- Hard working- Honest and helpful team player- Knowledge in recruitment is an advantage- Must speak / write English
