Procurement

• Lead all the procurement activities in terms of material and service purchase on Marketing related domain, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Business Support System (BSS)/ Operation Support System (OSS), etc.
• Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist on PR / PO activates on procurement system.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders understanding their needs and translate it to effective procurement.

Vendor

• Maintain relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
• Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.

Projects

• Manage, track, and coordinate the projects of the department
• Provide line manager and stakeholders with regular project status updates, and escalate issues where appropriate to ensure that all deliverables and deadlines are met

• Bachelor's Degree in a business field such as economics, logistics, supply chain management, operations management, finance, marketing, or statistical analysis).
• Minimum 6 years working experiences in procurement specializing in Marketing or, CSR or BSS/OSS.
• Experience of working closely with marketing, CSR and technical/product teams, partnering to deliver outstanding value driven results
• Strong commercial, relationship building, negotiation and procurement knowledge
• Able to adhere to clear working processes, scopes of work ensuring perfect delivery
• Able to understand financial models and translate business requirements into implementation plans.
• Supply chain work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is considered an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Words/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Proficient in preparing and interpreting flowcharts (Microsoft Visio)
• Proficient in project management, tools, and applications
• Proficient in identifying Risks and putting in Controls
• Capable to create and deliver clear, concise, and well-structured presentations and reports
• Capable to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skill and critical thinking skill
• Good knowledge on Marketing services & products.
• Lead the team and ensure delivery of work in accordance with Business Unit Strategy
• Able to collaborate across the value chain to execute on Business Unit Strategy
• Organise the team into effective functional groups
• Develop, coach, and inspire the team
• Deputise for Senior Manager
• Build and manage effective relationships with functional teams and other business units
