Job Description
As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for managing the import and sales process for agricultural machinery spare parts. Given that this role involves communicating directly with Chinese-speaking suppliers, strong command of the Chinese language is essential. Your main goal is to ensure a continuous supply of correct, high-quality, and fairly priced products, while also expanding our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing:
Ensure product availability and accuracy of all incoming goods.
Maintain fair sales prices and quality standards in the market.
Reduce taxes and trade-related costs through effective negotiation and strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Streamline the import and sales process for efficiency and speed.
Import & Licensing:
Negotiate and prepare necessary documentation with suppliers to minimize taxes, adhering to updated laws for various licenses (sea, border, and auto).
Continuously monitor the status of import license approvals and work with the Corporate Planning Group to acquire new licenses.
Stay informed on trade news and government announcements to provide timely instructions.
Order & Confirmation:
Confirm product and price details with suppliers, including photo verification for discrepancies.
Negotiate and confirm payments for excess or shortage items.
Research and collect information for new product imports, presenting findings to management to initiate the shipping process.
Review and send overseas orders after receiving approval.
Transportation & Logistics:
Check and extend license validity before shipping.
Coordinate with logistics to amend licenses and handle changes in packaging.
Work with relevant departments to establish new import routes, evaluate costs, and review customs procedures.
Prepare and apply for necessary shipping forms (e.g., Form E).
Reporting:
Prepare weekly reports on license acquisition, shipping status, and product lists for the Corporate Planning team.
Coordinate and arrange shipping for urgently needed parts.
Address any import-related errors by following up with the Customs Clearance Group.
Monthly Duties:
Reconcile monthly statements with suppliers.
Send stock lists of best-selling items to suppliers on the 25th of each month.
Review translated catalogs and coordinate product packaging design with relevant departments.
Connect with Logistics and GBS Planning regarding incoming products for other departments.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in procurement, translation or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and email
HSK Level-5 prefered, or strong command of the Chinese language (4 Skills), both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines
