  • Purchase for all materials and fixed assets in time.
  • Maintain references contract, invoices, receive vouchers and other relevant documents are filing correspondence.
  • Inquiry and collect supplier lists for Project and Tender requirement.
  • Travel to project area to attempt the best price and quality of materials sources for project and Tender Process.
  • Responsibility that discusses and makes good negotiation bargaining the best price and payment terms with the supplier.
  • Inquiry and prepare the contract for all rental heavy machinery
  • Arrange the materials delivery process to be in time.  
  • Ensure responsibility that all materials checking on to be qualify, quantity, reasonable prices.
  • Workings cooperate with concern technician and staff.  
  • Price negotiation and credit management
  • Visit to special project area with responsible persons as advance survey for possibility.
  • Provide and supply requirement materials in time

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) with knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Sound understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost control principles.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
