To support the business unit’s ongoing projects in technical and operational aspects. To ensure that the end-to-end process of the products and services being provided is in order by making sure SOPs and Operation procedures reflects the business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for proposing the business strategies, product pricing and sales/marketing planning to increase the market share of the bank’s ATM and cash management products.
• Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach.
• Monitor the market trend and conduct product review regularly 
• Works in close co-ordination with different departments to establish proper control measures, clear guidelines, and business performance indicators
• Develop business requirements as the basis for Technical Development, Operations, payments, processing, and other cross functional departments to build systems, procedure, and materials (ideas) to support product development and ongoing product enhancements
• Ensure internal cash flow management process is regularly reviewed and improved.
• Generate monthly risk assessment report for ATM and cash flow management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Banking and/or Product Management
• Display a high-level of ownership and superior work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Has knowledge on various computer hardware and software applications
• Strong technical comprehension skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
