Job Summary  
This position is mainly responsible to promote existing and new products, create & expand new segment/area markets to support the commercial targets in specific assignment areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan promotional fields based on regional and seasonal & organize key farmers who are reliable, professional and influential to the neighboring.
• Oversee and follow up promotional activities in assigned territory.
• Share the product information with supervisor and sales personnel.
• Introduce the new products and create the new market and connect the link of the sales team with distributors.
• Submit the seeds price and fresh price data monthly and analyze the competitors information for effective sales strategy formulation.
• Identify the opportunities and challenges and submit to the manager.
• Other administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Key Success Factors

• Must be holder of Bachelor’s degree from the Agricultural University.
• Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in related fields and preferably from the seed background.
• Intermediate level of spoken and written in English.
• Able to manage the promotional team for effective operations.
• Able to use Microsoft office application (especially proficiency in Microsoft excel).
• Good working knowledge of vegetable seeds and government regulations regarding seeds.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision/ willing to learn attitude as this one is one of the core competencies of EWS.
• Ability to bring people together to work on ‘larger’ and purposeful goals. EWS is a value driven organization.
