လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Purchase raw materials and spare parts from local supplier
  • Using ERP system for administration payment (petty cash), supplier information and data recording
  • Purchase and maintain office supply inventories and spare parts
  • Prepare, record and check over and proofread correspondence, invoices and vouchers
  • Check and report daily, weekly and monthly lists of spare parts. 
  • Computerizing of data entry for all production lists
  • Implementation of standard operation procedure for related jobs
  • Handle the payment for the electricity usage of genset 
  • Support the leave application process of the production staff in the system
  • Other instruction assigned by senior management

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any relevant bachelor degrees
  • At least 2 years of experience in related field
  • Fast Learner, analytical, proactive, good problem-solving skills and has a positive mindset
  • Proficiency in English or Chinese (Chinese Preferable)
  • Good knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, and MS Office applications
  • Able to work in Mingaladon Industrial Park
