Focus on researching customer Local / Foreign markets pricing and implementing actions plan to achieve and Implement a new Customer Relationship for tracking all commercial inquiries. Export/Import market and prepare data base.
To prepare and facilitate signing of contracts with Local/Foreign companies.
Planning, organizing and execution all about departmental strategies, target to align with the company's goals and market demands as per timeline.
Negotiating terms and conditions and coordinating with Internal/External stake holders as well as Government offices correspondence to get approval (i.e MOC/MIC/Ministries etc. timely and ensure as per targeted timeline.
To understand and ensured that all activities comply with international trade regulations, Myanmar Customs/Port/MOC/MIC requirements, and company policies Mission-Vision as well.
Preparing and managing all necessary documentations (i.e License/Permit/Banking/all related Shipping documentation timely
Building and maintaining excellence relationships with Local/International clients, internal, external stake holders.
Resolve and follow up issues related to activities, such as banking payment, shipment delays, customs clearance, port issues and incorrect shipping documents etc.
Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to senior management as per timeline.
Should be able to work in under pressure, a target-oriented work environment and should be able to prioritize work based on the given deadlines.
Enhance customer and partner satisfaction.
Good business ethic is required
Undertake assigned any other ad-hoc duties & responsible due course.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

University graduate Bachelor's degree holder and Supply Chain Diploma is preferred
Gender- Male
Age 30-40
Minimum 5 years previous in management role, Trade & Commercial, logistics, Supply Chain Management or field is preferable.
Strongly understanding of Trading & Commercial rule /regulations, and international trade laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet etc., (Both Myanmar & English fonts typing is compulsory)
