A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Lead new product development initiatives by collaborating with internal teams (merchandising, marketing, supply chain, finance, QA, operations) and external suppliers (local and international) to source, develop, and launch innovative private label products.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and product opportunities that can drive private label growth.
  • Manage product specifications, packaging design, compliance, and quality assurance to ensure new products meet regulatory and brand standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for private label products within retail operations, supporting store teams to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product launch processes, ensuring timely and efficient execution of new product introductions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to innovate and improve sourcing, production efficiency, and product quality.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in private label product development, preferably in a retail supermarket or merchandising environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with market research and sales data analysis
  • Knowledge of packaging design, compliance requirements, and quality control processes
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing product sourcing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills
  • Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written)
