• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Ensure optimal use of materials, labor, and equipment.

Operations Management:

• Oversee the full production process from raw materials to finished goods.
• Monitor production output and adjust resources as needed.
• Resolve production delays, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions.

Team Management:

• Supervise production supervisors, line leaders, and workers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching/training.
