An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Must have a strong understanding of Construction Project Planning & Operation
  • Must be capable of managing projects effectively to ensure completion according to the project schedule
  • Must be able to manage and supervise relevant labor subcontractors efficiently
  • Must have good teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in building construction projects
  • Supervise and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and engineering standards
  • Review and approve engineering and construction drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
  • Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure proper integration of all systems and design intent
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Identify and resolve technical and construction issues in collaboration with project teams and contractors
  • Ensure all works adhere to project schedules and applicable codes and regulations
  • Lead construction meetings to review progress, technical issues, and coordination requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Must hold a B.E (Civil) degree or be a Registered Senior Engineer (R.S.E - Construction)
  • Must be proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
  • Must have 8 years of experience in the engineering field as a Project Engineer and 3years of experience, particularly in pile foundation and high-rise building projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to solve on-site technical challenges
  • Experience managing or supporting housing or building projects
