🔧 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Plan, design, and supervise transformer and power line installations
🔹 Manage home, office, and commercial electrical projects from initiation to completion
🔹 Ensure full compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and best practices
🔹 Coordinate all project phases including procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning
🔹 Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
🔹 Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and technical recommendations for management
🔹 Prepare and submit documentation for government approvals, especially with the Ministry of Electricity
🔹 Schedule inspections and act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities
🔹 Lead EP system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting, clearly presenting technical pros and cons to support decision-making
🔹 Mentor and supervise junior engineers and field technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electrical & Power Engineering (EP)
🔹 8–12 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering projects
🔹 Strong experience with transformers, power lines, and EP systems
🔹 Proven background in residential, commercial, and office electrical projects
🔹 Demonstrated experience coordinating with government authorities, particularly the Ministry of Electricity
🔹 Solid understanding of electrical safety codes, EP systems, and local electrical standards
🔹 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
🔹 Ability to clearly evaluate and present technical pros and cons and make informed recommendations
