  • Manage to team member the Quotations on time to win new tenders or new projects
  • Prepare final Bill of Quantity (B.Q), construction budget and preliminary schedules for all trades & across all projects
  • Provide clarification on tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other docs
  • Arrange the budget control, scope of work and manage to purchasing issue.
  • Liaise with the Head of Construction and other construction professionals, such as project managers and site engineers and other related subordinators
  • Arrange for billing, interim payment certificates of the contractor, change orders and evaluate any cost overruns occurring in the project
  • Analyzing information, developing budgets, vendor relationships, Reporting skills, Estimating, Teamwork, Documentation skills and Quality focus.

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of working experience in related construction field

  • Strong team building skill and time-management abilities.
