An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
  2. Ensure that the vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
  3. Resolve employees’ issues and handle complaints regarding with employee relations infractions.
  4. Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
  5. Manage to be updated employee data base in timely manner
  6. Conduct exit interview to the resign staff to understand the reason behind their resignation,    develop turnover analysis and explores the best practices to retain the employees.
  7. Monitor the labor legislation and implement required changes to keep the process compliant.
  8. Handle various reports and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Department Head.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Bachelor degree in any field but master degree in human resources or business administration is preferable.
  2. Diploma/ Certificate in human resources management is preferred.
  3. Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as a recruitment manager, recruitment consultant.
  4. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks hiring method.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Burmese and team management skills.
  6. Strong decision-making skills.
