 - Visit branch offices within the region
 - Check documents related with program/ Accounts ( Loan scheme, disbursement sheet, savings refund mast-roll, savings refund passbook and register)
 - Ensure all files and registers those are directed in Accounts Manual or circular are maintaining properly at branch level ( As per Internal Audit requirement)
 - Ensure leave file and register are maintaining as per policy
 - Ensure Project wise bill-voucher, loan Scheme and all types of accounts related documents are preserving properly at branch level
 - Checking code wise transection from trial balance of each branch before month closing.
 - Capacity building off Area Accounts Managers on how to prepare report, how to collect business data from ERP, Interest calculation, profitability etc.
 - Collect daily fund position and reconcile with ERP
 - Collecting fund requisition from different area and prepare consolidated fund requisition for region by weekly basis.
 - Collect bank statement from area and prepare bank reconciliation.
 - Ensure fund and asset security at branch and Area level
 - Checking salary payroll for all branch by monthly
 - Maintaining cash book, voucher file and entry in ERP system for regional office
 - Fixed assets physical verification, fixed assets management and reconciliation with ERP.
 - Check ERP issue and related problems arising from branch and communicating with Country office, IT team to solve those.
 - Complete and submit the PMS of all the accountants within the region according to the submission deadline.
 - Communication of any new instruction which comes from line management to AAM nad explain about new changes.
 - Support the procurement of the region as Procurement committee member when required.
 - Join in ECMT (Extended Country Management Team) meeting at country office and present the Accounts and finance operational updates of the region monthly.
 - Closely work with internal/ external audit and FRD audit team.
 - Need to prepare BOD for new bank account opening and changing bank signatories if any.
 - Preparing Report for Regulators and country office as and when required by Management.

Bachelor of Commerce. Masters/professional degree in accounting filed will have added advantage.
