The role will be responsible for the achievement of sales target per product in the Yangon and Mandalay regions by:
- providing direction and leader ship to the sales and marketing representatives
- executing strategic marketing initiatives within budget frame
- liaising with distributors to maintain good business relationship
- providing feedback to the Jardine Management team on market developments

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Minimum bachelor’s degree, prefer business related degree holder.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in the same capacity from construction industry or from parallel industry.
- Solid experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Business Development
- Good grasp of Yangon / Mandalay market specifically of the Construction Industry.
- Fluent in english and computer literate.
- Customer / client focus
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Good organizing skills and leadership abilities
- Possesses critical thinking skills and creative mind
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Has business acumen and result driven
- Able to travel across the country.
