Job Title : Regional Sales Manager ထား၀ယ်/မြိတ်/ကော့သောင်း/ရေး

  • TDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share for 3-wheeler vehicles.

  • Manage and grow the dealer/distributor network, ensuring strong business partnerships and effective sales performance.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Lead, motivate, and support regional sales teams to deliver outstanding results.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare monthly/quarterly business reports, and present insights to senior management.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.

  • Ensure effective after-sales support in coordination with service teams to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Manage pricing, discounts, and incentive programs within company guidelines.

  • Stay updated on automotive regulations, policies, and industry trends in the region.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,  or Aye Graduated  (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 7 years & Above of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial/regional role.

  • Strong knowledge of 3-wheeler/2-wheeler or commercial vehicle markets.

  • Proven success in dealer management, distribution strategy, and B2B/B2C sales.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

  • Proficiency in MS Office
