  • Day to day management of all aspects of the smooth running of Sales & Relationship Management
  • Oversee market research and formulate acquisition strategy for specific geographic regions.
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market
  • Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring to team members
  • Monitor performance off all teams against individual and performance levels. Ensure targets are met and motivate staff to meet and achieve targets
  • Analyze reports, data, target list and appropriate territory information to focus acquisition efforts
  • Presentation activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis to management.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information"
  • Develop and implement the right performance review for all partners and field force.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to trade terms by all agents and trade partners.
  • Responsible for ensuring the right visibility at the point of sale.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Provides timely, accurate, reporting to Head of Sales.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Sales or related field)

  • 6+ Years of experience in FINTECH industry, with at least 3 years in regional sales team management/ supervisory experience in related field
  • Solid knowledge of MFS industry and sales principles
  • Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
