• Take full responsibility on monitoring decentralized sales team to achieve sales target;
• Corporate with trade marketing function to supervise sales for promotion execution, and generate the push-out;
• Develop sales team and sales employee;
• Well manage distributors and develop new distributors;
• Distribution coverage expansion and channel development.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports to the Management.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
• Timely feedback of product information and activities/pricing of competitor.

• Executive experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG Industry.
• Experience providing training and giving presentations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
