An Excellent Opportunity for ...

a. A Resident manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff. They have commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, reservations), food and beverage operations, and housekeeping.

b. Overseeing day to day operations and management functions such as company association, employee activities and evaluations, other matters that relate to a company’s operations.

c. Interacts with Guest and individuals outside the Hotel including, but not limited to current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.

d. Develops recognition programs, advertising and promotional campaigns to obtain greatest marker awareness and patronage.

e. Performs any other assignments as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by superior for time to time.

f. To assist in the development and implementation of Employee & Supervisor training plans on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HRD.

a. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with speakers of other languages.

b. Any Graduate – preferred for Business Management.

c. At least 4 year experiences in related field.
