- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.- Source, interview and hire capable skilled employees fit for their roles.- Supervise and train employees to deliver excellent guest experiences.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.- Monitor inventory, control costs, and coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams.- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.- Implement promotional activities to drive revenue and upsell opportunities.- Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations.- Prepare reports on sales, employee status, and expenses for management review.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.- Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant or food & beverage management.- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, POS systems, inventory and costs control.- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
