- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Source, interview and hire capable skilled employees fit for their roles.
- Supervise and train employees to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Implement promotional activities to drive revenue and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations.
- Prepare reports on sales, employee status, and expenses for management review.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant or food & beverage management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, POS systems, inventory and costs control.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
