Retail Manager at the successful retail company in Mandalay
• responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.
• Salary up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

About the Company
Our client is the successful retail company by delivering high quality products to the customers.

The Role
• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing pricing and stock control
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Preparing promotional materials and displays
• Liaising with head office

• At least 3 years of experience in retail management or a relevant business role.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must have technical knowledge
• Good communication of English and leaderships skills
