• Responsible for the overall store management including customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
• Salary up to 1,200,000 MMK plus other allowances

The Role
• Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
• Bachelor’s degree is a must or related field preferred
• Must have technical knowledge
• Good English Communication and leaderships skills
