Design small-package rice marketing and sales plans; formulate monthly sales plans and analyze and solve market problems
Maintain the Sales channel development. Manage distributor from retail, wholesales, etc.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify monthly and annual sales targets.
Execute monthly sales plan and carry out on time according to the plan.
Update the daily information related sales activity and market report.
Prepare monthly status reports, promotion activity, stock balance, market survey.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

More than 5 years of work experience in sales management of small-packaged rice products
Have certain product strategy management experience;
Able to travel for a long term business trip
Well microsoft word and powerpoint
Able to speak and write in English, and Chinese is preferred;
