PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
As Route To Consumer Execution Manger at Heineken Company, you will play a critical role in the management and development of our execution based RTC projects.
You will be working on various Route to Consumer projects. These strategic projects have the goal to improve the way we do our sales. It includes ensuring our key project stakeholders are aligned and cooperating in the implementation of our projects, as well as monitoring the results and project KPI’s. For these projects you will be working together closely with our exclusive distributors, strategic wholesalers, our internal sales teams, outlets and other relevant stakeholders.
You will:
- Collaborate and Support the RTC project manager for planning the executional projects (Currently active Strategic wholesales project & Distributor Sales Rep project)
- Discuss on the improvements for the pilots with related stakeholders.
- Actively discuss feedback with the relevant teams
This will include end-to-end deployment until showing the results before the project is stabilized and pass to the operation team in full. You will work closely with our stakeholders on efficient distribution of Heineken Myanmar product, monitor the execution results of the project, continuous feedback for the improvement with strong sales data and insights to accelerate sales and distribution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Activate Strategic Wholesalers as per Heineken Myanmar business ambition
- Collaborate with nation-wide sales manager to find potential wholesalers who could become Heineken Strategic partner wholesalers.
- Set-up meeting with potential wholesalers for partnership potential.
Manage Strategic Wholesalers & support on the Distributor Sales Rep program
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with wholesalers to ensure alignment with Heineken's strategic goals.
- Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance assessments with wholesalers to track progress and address issues.
- Contribute to implementation of our Distributor Sales-Rep program by building relationships with Distributors and their sales-reps who are participating in the DSR project.
- Support the sales-reps and help driving the coverage of and execution (PICOS) at tier-4 outlets.
Execution management
- Structure execution plan to land in the scope
- Plan for the execution related steps such as planning the routes, collecting the orders, making sure the delivery timeline, get customer satisfaction, etc..
Operation management
- Delivery control, ordering management, back-end stock management in collaboration with distributor warehouse, payments, people management.
KPI deliverables
- Devise suitable KPI’s tracking performance
- Monthly KPI measuring and reporting internally
- Ensure delivery of monthly KPI’s
Sales and Distribution Planning
- Daily sales checking for the projects & report to the project manager daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies in collaboration with wholesalers to achieve volume and revenue targets.
- Analyze market data and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
Market Insights and Reporting
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on Strategic WHS performance / DSR performance and market insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Support data entry, calculation to RTC Project Manage
- Data entry of all projected related data.
- Prepare relevant data gathering and data entry for RTC projects.
