Alternative Channels:

  • Develop strategy and plan for new alternative channel,
  • Research and analyze potential alternative channels,
  • Establish and maintain relationship with potential alternative channels, in order to gain trust and support
  • Work closely with related parties to design the new operating model for a new channel
  • Assist or lead in the implementation of a new alternative channel
  • Lead team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development
  • Special projects as assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills
  • Working knowledge of telecom (preferably)
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior planning positions & distribution channel positions
  • Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand the working dynamics of various distribution channels and deployment realities of channels
