• Supply management with informative and insightful analyses with conclusions to support business decision making.  It is a partnership role by providing superior financial expertise to the functions to support and not compromising financial ethics
• Manage holistic business performance and drive sustainable value creation.
• Enable end to end and fully integrated business planning process to drive informed decisions.
• Drive productivity improvement through ensuring optimal allocation of Direct Marketing Expenses (DME), efficient trade terms and promotions, robust monitoring & evaluation (M&E) processes (including measuring the Return on Marketing Initiative or ROMI of each marketing activity).
• Drive working capital efficiencies via establishing the appropriate credit limit during peak and non-peak seasons and achieving optimum inventory levels. Ensure that customers are complying with credit and collection policies of CCPBM.
• Provide great market insights amidst limited data sources through triangulating proxy performance measures.
• Set-up new business models and new-partnership routes, including appropriate balancing of statutory, tax and treasury angles, whenever applicable.
• Communication with the key stakeholders that is the directors of respective functions and their teams, the US headquarters Finance team.
