A Good Opportunity for ..
1. Plan, organize, execute and evaluate professional visit to customer in order to build and maintain relationship with customer, influencing their buying behavior and grow their spending on a win/win environment2. Generate and boost sales of customers in portfolio via phone3. Gather and understand market information including competition to share and feed to related company function4. Be the champion of customer information; work closely with the customer to understand their business and direction to be able to identify Makro’s business opportunity with the changing customer’s needs5. Work with both in-house and contracted researcher as assigned by Head Office on a research project that involves selection of target customer; contact, invite participation, and gathering of customer information6. In conjunction with MRA team, develop joint objectives and work closely to grow MRA participation on a win/win basis between customer and Makro7. Recover customer satisfaction from dissatisfied customers by professionally handling complaint as per procedure and guideline provided
8. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by superior
