  • Receiving sales and service orders from customers
  • Process the orders internally by following sales and service order procedures
  • Checking data accuracy of invoices and delivery orders.
  • Coordinate with store and delivery team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Answer enquires via facebook, website and viber.
  • Record enquires and coordinate with Sales team to ensure enquires are taken care of.
  • Occasionally create product information posts for Facebook page.
  • Coordinate with outside suppliers for marketing materials

  • Bachelor in Business administration or equivalent diploma
  • Good English reading and writing skills and fair speaking skill
  • Must be able to use Microsoft office, email, social media tools
  • Must be eager to learn and easy to be trained
