This role holder is responsible to understand end to end bank products’ customer journey and have an initiative to improve the customer experience. The candidate should be able to design distinctive value creating agendas to promote and sell of bank products and lay out the strategy to increase sales. Understand market positioning, bench marking, pricing and market analysis.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Required Skills:
• Proven professional work experiences in sales and marketing with successful projects
• Self- starter and motivated while being a great collaborator
• Quick leaners and have ability to influence other people
• Ability to complete a big project in timely manner
Pre-Requisites:
• Possess a bachelor degree (Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant degrees)
• Proficient in English language is a must
• Require proficiency in Microsoft office – Excel, Word and Presentation
• Strong visionary and business knowledge
• Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to work outside the office hours when needed, to complete the jobs in time and in good results

Preferable Skills:
• Professional work experience in sales and marketing
• Banking background (deposit, branch operations or card department)
• Relationship Manager experiences in Corporate/SME or relevant fields
• Project management tools, Visio, Swimlane
• Understand market analysis, market positioning and process improvement
• Previous work experiences in business development, product development, and project management will be considered
