We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SAP Coordinator to support the implementation and day-to-day operations of SAP S/4HANA at our JTI Myanmar manufacturing site. This associate-level position is critical to providing on-the-ground support to the Finance and Manufacturing Services teams, ensuring smooth system usage and alignment with business processes.

As the SAP Coordinator, you will:

• Act as the local point of contact for SAP-related activities at the factory
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, working closely with the global SAP Lead
• Assist key users in Finance, Manufacturing Services, and other departments with SAP processes
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate SAP issues as needed
• Support master data entry, validation, and management in coordination with global teams
• Conduct user training and provide documentation in local language where required
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and go-live support for the site
• Ensure timely communication with international SAP teams and local stakeholders
• Maintain and update SOPs related to SAP use in the factory

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in SAP or ERP system support preferred
• Basic understanding of Finance or Manufacturing business processes
• Strong communication skills in both English and Myanmar
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Eagerness to learn SAP and contribute to system rollout and improvement

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):

• Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI, MM, or PP
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment
• Previous involvement in ERP project implementation or support
