ROLE PURPOSE 

Checking required documents and disbursement for Hire Purchase (Portal). Creating the Collateral and Loan Origination for loan disbursements in the system and reporting to supervisors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Checking the documentation, loan tenor and interest rate for Hire Purchase portal loans. 

• Reaching out to Sale Dealer when the loan documents are incomplete. 

• Filling the data in the insurance system to proceed with the insurance team to be insured for the Hire Purchase loans. 

• Presenting to the relevant team to get the approval when the loan documentation and the data in the system are correct. 

• Processing the loan disbursement after approval from the relevant team. And sending SMS to customers when the disbursement process is finished. And processing the settlement process. 

• Creating the Collateral  and the Loan Origination in the system. 

• Cooperating with relevant departments and being able to work with teams for the development of Yoma bank.   

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 

Education & Special Training  

• Bachelor of any University. 
• Proficient with Microsoft office Application. 
• Good with Accounting Skill. 
• Good communication Skill and Cooperation with relevant Department.

Experience 

• Interested in the Hire Purchase and Loan disbursement process. 

• Knowledge in Banking and Hire purchase. 

Knowledge & Skills  

• Good communication skill. 

Languages 

• Sound English skill.
