ROLE PURPOSE

To support Senior Specialists in servicing a portfolio of low- to mid-value clients, preparing documentation, and executing reactivation and acquisition strategies, while building capacity to take on larger roles in the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a portfolio of low- and mid-tier clients with potential for transaction growth or Premier upgrade
  • Support AMs with client meeting preparation, documentation, and post-call follow-up
  • Source NTB clients from personal networks, referrals, and local outreach efforts
  • Lead reactivation follow-ups for inactive or low-usage small accounts
  • Participate in training programs and shadow AMs to enhance client engagement capabilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper KYC, service delivery, and onboarding
  • Maintain client tracking tools, assist in reporting, and help prepare internal dashboards

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience or RM experience in banking, financial institutions, or service industries

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good knowledge of local regulatory environment & various banking products
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to ethical and professional behavior
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial recommendations
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients
  • Efficient execution of assignments within a short time frame
  • Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Presentable and smart to project professionalism, competence, and trustworthiness
  • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, email, PowerPoint)

Education & Special Training

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurship, results orientation, client impact, team worker, broad orientation, and social engagement
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

Languages

  • Good verbal and written communication skill; both in Myanmar and English
