• Deal with the customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face
• Respond to the problems of the customer promptly
• Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it. If the problem doesn't seem to solve, then forward the problem to the superiors and related department.
• Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
• Look at the customer accounts and analyze the sales trend
• Attend System training (Basic, Advance) and train the system user
• Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner
• Researching to fulfil the need of customer and market
• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1) At least 5-year working experience in the travel industry (Airline/Travel Agency/Hotel)
2) Knowledge of Sabre Reservation System will be an advantage.
3) Good in written and spoken English
4) GDS Reservation System Skill (Sabre Airline Reservation System)
2) Good Customer Service Skills (Attentiveness, Clear Communication and knowledge of services)
6) Good Computer Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7) Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)
8) Good Interpersonal Skills
9) Should be attentive to detailing
