Job Experience & Skills Required

* Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer value management within the related background 

* Excellent communication skills with problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

* Strong understanding of ROI positive marketing programs and promotion experience for customer retention management 

* Must be fluent in English
