လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

Co-ordination with Customer for new work
Survey and BOQ arrangement from EPC
SLD and BOQ preparation for Customer in their Pricing template
Obtaining Approval from Customer
Vendor Selection and negotiation
Work Allotment , project planning and overseeing the development of project
Controlling budget, schedules
Monitor progress and drive vendors to achieve target milestones
Risk management
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Interact with vendors, regional team, community team and estate team to tackle various project bottlenecks
Regular Progress monitoring till completion
Documentation and FAC sign off with customer
FAC submission to Internal teams for Invoicing
Daily/ Weekly MIS
Manage all aspects of the project and ensuring all technical, safety, quality and financial targets are met.
Additional Electrical related activities as and when needed.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

3-4 years Grid connecting experience as Manager
Strong knowledge in project management and leading a team
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of internal and external customers
Strong results orientation, resilience, and ability to stay calm under pressure
Process orientation and analytical and deductive reasoning skills
Ability to use MS office tools effectively.
